Our drivers carry dedicated handheld devices that are used to scan packages at each location in the custody chain (Receive, Load, Deliver and Return), and then capture recipient signatures and transmit them real-time to our system using the highest-quality wireless network available. Built-in safeguards ensure that packages are not mis-delivered or left on the dock.

Because our handhelds stay connected to the internet to transmit our data, customer service personnel can have access to POD information in real-time, within seconds of the delivery being completed. We are fully compatible with industry standard EDI requirements, and are ready to work with IT departments to create a system link that facilitates the automatic transmission of Advanced Shipment Notices to our system, and the real-time, or batched, return of proof of delivery data. Delivery status and POD can also be viewed online using our web-based solution, eTrac.
